Is the appraisal free?
Yes. Your Monique Field Property appraisal is free, with no obligation to sell.
How will I receive my appraisal?
By email. Monique prepares it from your answers and what has sold near you recently. If a short visit would give you a more accurate figure, she'll call to arrange one first.
Will my renovations be considered?
Yes. Tell us about them in the questionnaire: a new kitchen, bathrooms, an extension, a pool or solar all count. Seeing them in person gives the most accurate figure.
Can I enquire if I am just curious?
Of course. Plenty of people ask what their home is worth long before they're ready to sell. There's no pressure and no obligation.
Is this a formal property valuation?
No. An appraisal is an agent's opinion of what your home would sell for in today's market. A formal valuation, for a bank, a court or a family law matter, has to be done by a registered valuer.
